SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WKEF) — Six high schoolers in Springfield have earned Ohio’s Seal of Biliteracy.
The Springfield City School District shared that the following students earned the honor this year:
- Rihanna Antoine, French
- Emerson Babian, Spanish
- Alicia Geneus, Spanish & French
- Jennifer Mesquite, Spanish
- Guerlancia Notis, Haitian Creole & French
- Edson Paul, Haitian Creole & French
Getting an Ohio Seal of Biliteracy means that a student can demonstrate high levels of proficiency in English and at least one other world language.
