Drone helps Fresno Police in Dick’s Sporting Goods theft

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man and woman who were seen taking items from a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Fresno were arrested after police used a drone to track them down, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Officers also believe they could be connected to multiple thefts.

Police said around 2 p.m. on May 6, officers responded to Dick’s Sporting Goods near Shaw and Valentine avenues after receiving reports that a man inside the store was concealing merchandise in the front of his shorts…
