OAK RIDGE, N.C. — What used to be woods behind Todd Dean’s Oak Ridge home is now the site of a major construction project running day and night.
Dean, who has lived in the neighborhood for more than 20 years, said he first learned about the Transco pipeline expansion project about a year and a half ago after getting a letter from Williams Companies.
