GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Greensboro Police Department’s new chief was sworn in on Tuesday afternoon.
The official swearing-in for incoming Chief Kamran Afzal took place at 2 p.m. Afzal introduced himself, spoke about transparency and committed to working with the community.
“Thank you for the trust you have placed in me, and I look forward to earning it every single day,” Afzal said.
