Ethics commission says claim against Harrisburg legislator won’t be investigated

The Pennsylvania Ethics Commission will not investigate a Harrisburg activist’s ethics complaint alleging that Rep. Dave Madsen, D-Dauphin County, retaliated against her.

Kimeka Campbell claimed Madsen pressured the chairman and executive director of the state’s Legislative Black Caucus to remove her from planning meetings for a local event after Campbell commented on Madsen’s primary opponent’s Facebook post.
