MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The City of Mobile may get 1,000 new barricades for Mardi Gras parades and other special events, according to City Traffic Engineering Director Jennifer White.

White said Mobile uses more than 10,000 barricades every year during Mardi Gras and other events across the city.
