710 Red River is listed for sale for $1.8 million on commercial real estate website LoopNet. Last updated on April 14, the listing says the building, which houses the dive bar and music venue Valhalla, has been on the market since October of 2025.
Valhalla co-owner Seth Levy, who opened the club in 2010 with Elysium owner John Wickham, tells the Chronicle several people have looked at the building, but next steps for ownership, and the future of the laid-back stage, remain uncertain.
“It’s too bad we didn’t have $2 million,” Levy says. “[The building] was obviously offered to us as well. We just don’t have money.”…
