BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – An investigation is underway after a 15-year-old was shot and killed while walking along South Flannery Road.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, officers responded late Thursday night to the 500 block of South Flannery Road in response to a shooting.
