An Ashwaubenon strip mall last sold in 2021 is scheduled to be sold at a sheriff’s sale this week.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office at 10 a.m. May 13 will sell Bayside Marketplace, 2763-2817 S. Oneida St., to satisfy a January mortgage foreclosure lawsuit brought by Capital Credit Union. The sale will take place in the Target Room of the sheriff’s building, 2684 Development Drive, in Bellevue.
The 18.6-acre property will be sold “as-is” and is subject to any liens on the property. Bidders must be ready to pay 10% of the winning bid at the time of the sale with the remainder due no more than 10 days after the sale is confirmed…
