Firm requests more than $16M for Tom Henry Industrial Park

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Officials broke ground on the 160 acres of land years ago on West Pleasant Center Road in south Fort Wayne, but designers are asking for more help.

At Tuesday’s redevelopment commission meeting, the design building firm on the project, MKS, requested the commission allocate $16-$20 million to get the project “shovel-ready.”
