MARSHALL, Mich. — The City of Marshall is considering adopting a noise ordinance as the Marshall Technology & Energy Center will be built on the Brooks Industrial Park off of 17 Mile Road.
The sale was authorized in October of 2025 by the Local Development Finance Authority for $1.12 million.
