Machinery manufacturer Windmoeller & Hoelscher (W&H) has completed a major two-year expansion at its North American headquarters in Lincoln, Rhode Island, more than doubling its warehouse capacity and significantly expanding office space.
The company marked the milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 1 that was attended by federal, state and local officials, project partners, customers and W&H employees.
Among those present were:
- U.S. Congressman Gabe Amo
- Rhode Island Secretary of Commerce Stefan Pryor
- State Sen. Thomas Paolino
- State Rep. Maryann Shallcross Smith
- Lincoln Town Administrator Phillip Gould
- Lincoln Town Councilwoman Pam Azar
- Sascha Witt, chief sales officer of W&H SE & Co. KG in Lengerich, Germany, along with other community representatives
