Crash on Capital Beltway in Montgomery County leads to fuel spill

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Fire trucks blocked several lanes on Interstate 495 West in Montgomery County following two separate crashes on Wednesday morning.

The events that led up to the crash remain limited; however, the collisions took place near Exit 33 on the outer loop of the Capital Beltway.

According to state police, one crash involved two vehicles, and the second involved a tractor-trailer and a vehicle.
