TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 58-year-old man with a neurodevelopmental disorder who has been missing since Monday.
Authorities issued a Purple Alert for Dwayne Webster, who was last seen around 9 a.m. on May 11 in the 1900 block of Greenspring Drive in Timonium (21093).
Webster is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 225 pounds. When he was last seen, he was wearing a gray hat, a black hoodie, gray pants, and white sneakers…
