BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Residents living near the Nebius AI factory site off Lakeshore Parkway are asking a judge to stop construction.
Madelyn Greene and David Butler filed a motion for a preliminary injunction on behalf of Oxmoor Valley residents. They claim the city violated its own zoning laws when it approved the project.
