A new inclusive indoor play space focused on children of all abilities is set to open this summer in Lexington.
Busy Bees Playhouse will officially celebrate its grand opening July 1 with a community event at its new Busy Bees: Little Bee Sensory Playhouse location in Lexington. The facility was designed to provide a safe, sensory-conscious environment where children and families can connect through inclusive play experiences.
The opening celebration will include the presentation of the Voice of Impact Award to founder and CEO Ikeiya Blakely. The award will be presented by internationally recognized speaker and humanitarian Ruben West. According to organizers, the Voice of Impact Award recognizes individuals who make a difference through leadership, service and community transformation.
