Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office arrests two after conducting county patrol

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Two people have been arrested after a conducted patrol by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office Collaborative Intelligence Group (CIG) Patrol and the MCSO HEAT Unit on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

According to Sheriff Greg Countryman, investigators with the Muscogee County CIG Patrol noticed an unidentified man running across three lanes of traffic. Countryman says the man, identified as Jonathan Ullba-Valdez, took off running following a dispute with a female, later identified as Billie-Jean Rogers.

Countryman says police apprehended Ullba-Valdez after a brief pursuit on foot. Investigators also later searched Ullba-Valdez and found he had cocaine in his possession. After further investigation, deputies discovered Rogers had active felony bench warrants…
