HICKSVILLE, Ohio (WTVG) – A Hicksville man has been arrested and charged with rape following an investigation into a reported sexual assault, police said.
Rigoberto Cuc Putul, 24, was arrested Wednesday and taken to jail. Authorities said the rape allegedly happened at a Hicksville home on Tuesday.
