PARLIER, Calif. (KSEE) – A teacher at a high school in Parlier is hoping to give his welding class the building blocks to life.
Oscar Flores is a teacher at Parlier High School who was once a student there and says the school helped shape him into the person he is today.
After graduating from high school, he decided to come back and build something. What surprised him was how his welding techniques would build something bigger than the classroom for his students…
