Pentagon announced the award of $827.9 million worth of contracts to 18 companies on May 12.
Thirteen of them have either their headquarters in Huntsville or a substantial presence there.
Those include eight of the nine companies selected by the U.S. Navy under a $349 million contract to design, develop and operate sea drones: Astrion Group, LLC, HII Mission Technologies Corp., Mantech Advanced Systems International, Naval Systems Inc., Peraton Inc., Prescient Edge Corp., Science Applications International Corp. and Serco Inc…
