JOHNSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Helena Foulkes outlined a portion of her economic plan which proposes a $100 million bond to fund classroom-to-career facilities.
Foulkes, a Democratic candidate for the gubernatorial race, began rolling out her economic plan named Believe in Rhode Island on Wednesday at a press event in Johnston.
