ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) —Fifteen free events have been announced for the fifth annual Downtown Definitely Events series by the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation.
In the past four years, Downtown Definitely Events has organized 57 events, attracting over 67,000 attendees, according to organizers.
