AUSTIN (KXAN) — A second person was charged in connection with the April 26 shooting on 12th Street, which left several people injured, according to an affidavit filed by the Travis County Court.
The affidavit alleges that Dalin Harris, 22, engaged in a gunfight in a crowded area. He currently faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly conduct discharge of a firearm, a third-degree felony. Harris does not have legal representation at the time of publication.
According to the affidavit, 911 callers reported multiple gunshots and one person bleeding at Sam’s BBQ, located at 2000 East 12th Street, around 8:26 p.m. on April 26.
