At least one motion has already been filed ahead of a pretrial hearing scheduled for Corpus Christi Mayor Paulette Guajardo’s removal proceedings — this one, in part, requesting that half of the City Council members who would be “judge and jury” in the case either recuse themselves or be disqualified.
