According to the release, all lanes of traffic are back open.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A full closure is in effect on Interstate 43 at the Leo Frigo Bridge, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The closure was reported at 2:47 p.m. and is expected to last approximately two hours due to law enforcement activity.
