APPLETON (WLUK) — A Fox Valley blood center issued a Code Red, pleading for donors to rebuild critical reserves.
The Community Blood Center (CBC) is urging community members to make a lifesaving donation as there is a critical need for blood and platelet donations due to heavy emergency use.
