There are a LOT of good Thai spots in Lubbock, but I’m just gonna say it: Bangkok Thai Restaurant still absolutely holds up. Smack-friggin’-tastic, dude.
I had the chance to go yesterday, and my food was incredible. The portion sizes are huge as ever. The to-go box in my fridge at home has been calling my name all morning at work, and I can’t wait to go home, climb under my covers, and devour it over a few true crime shows.
Pro Tip: Thai food tastes best in bed. Don’t judge. Just try it.…
