Lawmakers sue Tulsa County DA, alleging Open Records Act violations in Glossip case

TULSA COUNTY, Okla. (KOKH) — Two Oklahoma state representatives have filed a lawsuit against Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler, alleging repeated violations of the Oklahoma Open Records Act in connection with the high-profile Richard Glossip death penalty case.

State Reps. Kevin McDugle and Justin Humphrey filed the petition in Tulsa County District Court, seeking to compel the release of records they say were improperly withheld and to have a judge declare the actions unlawful.
