Oklahoma law enforcement, athletes begin Special Olympics Torch Run to Stillwater

TULSA, Okla. – Law enforcement officers from across Oklahoma gathered early Wednesday to kick off the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run benefiting Special Olympics Oklahoma, with participants carrying the Flame of Hope toward Stillwater ahead of the organization’s Summer Games.

Officers from the Tulsa Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service, Broken Arrow Police Department and other agencies met along Charles Page Boulevard before beginning the first leg of the statewide relay.
