SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley told KELOLAND News Wednesday that information about charges in the death of McKenna Wendel will come “soon.”
The 14-year-old Sioux Falls girl was last seen on March 13 in Sioux Falls; she was found March 19.

“That investigation is coming to a conclusion, and it’s been a good investigation,” Jackley said. “Cooperating officials. So, there’s several individuals, whether you want to call them a person of interest, the subject of an investigation, we look at several individuals and what their involvement is.”
