HONOLULU (Island News) — A Honolulu man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly failed to control a dangerous dog involved in separate attacks this year that left people injured.
According to a felony information and complaint filed in the First Circuit Court on May 6, 2026, 67-year-old Kenneth Morrow was charged in connection with two incidents that took place earlier this year in March and January on Oahu.
