Prince William supervisors greenlight 240-unit ‘Legacy at Kline’ proposal

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved a two-part land use application on the former Kline Farm just east of Manassas, paving the way for a 240-unit age-restricted community.

Consisting of the Kline property comprehensive plan amendment and a rezoning dubbed “Legacy at Kline,” the proposal encompasses land southeast of the intersection of Prince William Parkway, Liberia Avenue and Wellington Road.
