FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Lanes are blocked on the westbound Highway 168 near McKinley after a crash on Thursday morning.
CHP and firefighters are on scene.

As of 7:20, officers have moved the motorcycle out of the lanes, and traffic is now flowing again…
