LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Unit is investigating in the 4500 block of University Avenue.
LPD said officers responded to a report of a collision with injuries at 3:27 a.m. early Thursday morning.
LPD confirmed through the initial course of the investigation, it appears, a vehicle struck an apartment complex building in the 4400 block of University Avenue.
