SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A multi-agency investigation led to the arrest of a convenience store owner who was allegedly selling nicotine products and alcohol to minors.
The Utah Department of Public Safety (DPS) announced today that they have arrested 39-year-old Saif Al-Fatlawi, who owns several convenience stores in Salt Lake and Davis County. Al-Fatlawi has reportedly been selling alcohol, nicotine, e-cigarettes, and cannabinoid products to minors.
