FULTONDALE, Ala. (WBMA) — New details have been released in the investigation into a shooting that injured a sixth-grade child during an altercation between two mothers at Chapel Creek Apartments in Fultondale.
Police say the child has recovered and was released from Children’s Hospital of Alabama, and is now in the care of family members. Investigators also confirmed the woman who fired the gun during the confrontation has not been charged at this time…
