Construction is officially underway on long-anticipated community sports improvements, as Build Better Fields has begun work on one of two fields located near Old French Road and East 41st Street.
The project marks a significant step forward in expanding recreational opportunities in the area. Crews are already making progress on the first field, with organizers setting an ambitious goal to have it ready for use by Memorial Day weekend.
