KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — News Channel 3 has obtained a copy of Wildwood Off Main’s Settlement and Release Agreement going out to residents wishing to terminate their lease early, after the entire complex was condemned last Thursday.
This follows News Channel 3’s previous report on an email circulating from New Earth Residential, giving residents until 4 p.m. Friday to decide whether to terminate their lease and sign this rescission agreement.
For those wishing to leave, they can; but, not without some strings attached…
