MARSHALL, MI – A downtown Marshall redevelopment project will transform two long-vacant, three-story properties into eight apartments and three commercial spaces, supported by a $1.5 million state grant announced by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
The project is expected to generate a total capital investment of $3,674,686 and will address the growing need for housing with the opening of the nearby BlueOval plant while increasing economic activity downtown.
