Orlando Avenue in Winter Park is getting a full-on makeover, with Tampa-based Fresh Kitchen set to convert the shuttered space into a redesigned location of its own. The company says this spot will debut an interior concept not used at its other Orlando-area restaurants and is planning a sizable investment to make it happen, with an opening targeted before the end of 2026.
According to the Orlando Business Journal, the Tampa group expects to spend “hundreds of thousands” of dollars reworking the interior and rolling out the new design at 818 S. Orlando Ave. The outlet also reports that, once it opens, the Winter Park restaurant will mark Fresh Kitchen’s fifth location serving the Orlando market by the end of 2026.
Florida Department of State business records show that FRESH KITCHEN WINTER PARK, LLC was incorporated on Feb. 1, 2026, listing Tampa-based principals tied to the concept. The public filing names Thomas T. Azarelli, Lanza J. Steven and Tariq Banks as managers of the entity and provide a Tampa mailing address for the new company.
