A Miami Beach hotel is facing a new lawsuit after police said a man who wasn’t a hotel guest molested an 11-year-old girl who was visiting from Sweden last year.
Osvaldo Diaz was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious battery on a child and burglary with assault or battery in the alleged incident that happened at the Radisson Hotel at Collins Avenue and 43rd Street last October.
According to an arrest report, the girl was swimming in the hotel pool with other guests when she said Diaz, who she doesn’t know, grabbed her buttocks…
