NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Two women are facing charges after at least two children suffered injuries while under their watch at an illegal daycare last month, according to police.
According to arrest affidavits from the Metro Nashville Police Department, officers responded to TriStar Centennial Children’s Hospital on April 14, 2026, and spoke with a couple who said their 5-month-old son suffered bite marks and scratches while at a daycare in Antioch that day.
The parents told the officers that their son was under the care of Grandnanny’s Daycare on Piccadilly Row, and the father noticed the injuries when he picked the infant up. The affidavits state that the father questioned the two women who run the daycare, and they claimed not to know what happened…
