Streets of Indian Lake under new ownership

The Streets of Indian Lake has been acquired by Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation, the company announced in a recent press release.

“Streets of Indian Lake is kind of the perfect example of what is going on in the retail and real estate space today, which is what we’re heavily invested in and what we’ve been invested in since our founding in 1960,” CRC Co-Chief Investment Officer Josh Dinstein said in an interview with the Hendersonville Standard.

The Streets of Indian Lake was a part of a larger acquisition by the company, with 13 other properties being purchased alongside the Hendersonville property.
