ESCONDIDO, Calif (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office has released the born-worn camera footage of a deadly deputy-involved shooting that took place in Escondido in early April.
The footage, released publicly on Wednesday, shows the details of what led up to the deputy-involved shooting of 22-year-old Jonathan Andres Garcia during a standoff after a stabbing that left someone severely injured.
