TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers and cyclists heading north through Tampa should prepare for delays starting this morning. At 9:00 a.m. today, May 14, the Tampa Water Department officially closed the northbound lane and the adjacent bike lane on North Nebraska Avenue.
The closure spans the blocks between East Chelsea Street and East Emma Street as crews repair a broken water main.
