The Worcester Redevelopment Authority announced on Friday, May 8, that it is issuing an RFP to lease and operate Union Station’s Grand Hall event operations, restaurant space, and an outdoor patio.
The leasable space totals approximately 15,535 square feet on the ground floor and approximately 6,130 square feet of restaurant and commissary space on the first floor within Union Station’s 100,000-square-foot footprint. In addition, the building includes the Grand Hall banquet and conference facility (approximately 9,180 square feet) and the building’s 2,700-square-foot rotunda as part of the historic venue.
