BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man was taken to a hospital after being shot in the foot in Baton Rouge on Thursday morning.
A spokesman with BRPD confirmed the incident took place in the 5900 block of Scholars Avenue, near Lobdell Boulevard, around 10:30 a.m.
The injury is not considered to be life-threatening. It is unclear what led up to the incident…
