Police identify man killed after crashing into Central Lubbock apartment complex

LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Investigation Unit revealed updates following the early Thursday morning collision in central Lubbock that left one person dead.

EverythingLubbock.com previously reported that officers responded to a report of a collision with injuries at 3:27 a.m. Thursday May 14, and were able to confirm that a vehicle had struck an apartment complex building in the 4400 block of University Avenue.
