Laurel police identify wanted suspect in Cinco de Mayo shooting

LAUREL, Md. (7News) — Laurel police identified the man they believe opened fire during a brawl at a Cinco de Mayo party, hurting three people.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Dakernu Dennah, 24, of Beltsville, according to police.

The shooting happened on May 5 after a fight broke out in front of Longhorn Steakhouse at the Laurel Shopping Center in the 13600 block of Baltimore Avenue. Police have not said what started the fight…
