Towson, MD – Two young men suffered life-threatening injuries Thursday evening after a shooting in Baltimore County’s Franklin area, prompting an urgent investigation as detectives search for information about who opened fire.
Baltimore County Police officers responded around 6:30 p.m. to the 4800 block of Simonds Drive in Franklin after reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found a 16-year-old and a 19-year-old male both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Paramedics transported both victims to local hospitals, where they remained under treatment Thursday night for life-threatening injuries, according to Baltimore County Police.
